Every step of the way was a headache with this company. The technician was rude throughout the different transactions and was not respectful of other people's time. Once he got the work done, him and his company proceeded to harass me for payment every single day and multiple times a day until I got fed up and paid for it within two days of service. Normally, companies provide a week of time to allow customers to pay for their bill, but this company prefers to harass its customers until they get fed up with them. No courtesy or consideration whatsoever. This was definitely NOT a friendly and respectful company. Please avoid them.read more
